Ok. I think I see the problem. I was trying to drop the
plan_table that Oracle Database 10g creates automagically as
a global temp table in the event you do not manually create
a plan_table. I wanted to test something regarding that,
though at the moment I 've forgotten whatever it was that I
wanted to test that led me to this point.
There 's a trailing $ on table name, so, even though it 's
DESCRIBE plan_table, it 's DROP plan_table$;
